Our package includes:

• 1x overnight stay in a modern Atrium room
• 1x Breakfast
• 1x very generous hot and cold buffet with soft drinks, wines, beers and national distilled beverages included (starting at 16.30h)
  (in case of very few bookings, we serve our guests a 3-course dinner in our restaurant)
• 1x transportation to Ahoy and back to the hotel after the event by touring car (departure around 18.30h and 19.00h)
• Free parking at the hotel’s parking lot

The following extra’s can be requested with your reservation:

• 'Lazy Saturday / Lazy Sunday' (checkout at 16:00h) for only € 25,00
• Luxurious Executive room for € 15,00 per room per night

Attention: this package does not include tickets for the events or concerts. The times of transportation are based on regular showtimes and do not include for example afterparties. In general, the above stated times are correct, but depending on the starting time of the concert, those times can be changed. The distance from the busstation to Ahoy is around 500 meters.

Accessibility
The hotel is easily accessible via the A15, exit 20, and is just a short distance from the center of Rotterdam. There are good bus and metro connections to the city center, allowing you to explore the city with ease. With bus line 146, you'll quickly reach the metro station, from where you can easily discover all of Rotterdam.

Additionally, bus line 146 offers a direct route to Rotterdam Ahoy and the exhibition and conference centers. This way, you can enjoy your favorite concert or trade show without any hassle. Ahoy is also easily accessible by car, thanks to our location near the A15 – you’ll be there in just 15 minutes!
