Golfing

The Rotterdam region has several golf courses. Van der Valk Hotel Ridderkerk is a perfect base for golf lovers. Not far from Hotel Ridderkerk is the Kralingen Public Golf Course. A little further away is the beautiful course of Golf and Country Club Capelle aan den IJssel and Golfclub Oude Maas. Golfclub Kralingen

Golfclub Kralingen is located in the picturesque surroundings of Kralingen, on the historic Openbare Golfbaan Kralingen, which is one of the oldest golf courses in the Netherlands. Located 7 meters below Normal Amsterdam Level (NAP), this course is the lowest-lying golf course in all of Europe. Golf Course Kralingen forms a unique natural haven on the edge of the Kralingse Bos, within the city limits of Rotterdam. Despite being the shortest A-status course in the Netherlands, it is by no means an easy challenge. The narrow fairways and abundant water provide a tantalizing test for any golfer.

In addition to the 18-hole A-status golf course, the club provides an indoor driving range, a welcoming clubhouse and an excellent restaurant. The golf course welcomes a diverse audience, including members, their guests, individual visitors and groups who choose the course for a golf day, a clinic under the guidance of the association's golf professionals, or a meeting. Moreover, this Golf & Country club organizes various fun activities, suitable for both gentlemen and ladies.

Golfclub Oude Maas

Golfclub Oude Maas is a Dutch golf club located in Rhoon, south of Rotterdam. Opened in 1975, Golfclub de Oude Maas's golf course is located in a recreational area along the Oude Maas River, adjacent to pilot whales and a duck decoy. Experience the pleasure of playing 18 holes on the park course of Golfclub Oude Maas, surrounded by a beautiful landscape of water and nature.
